FAQ

 

  • How do I book/cancel a Training Session? Yes, if you are an internal Perth and Kinross Member of staff you can book/cancel any training session run by the ECS Learning Hub Via My View.  If you are an External member of staff you must complete our CPD1 Form and this should then be emailed to us at ecslearninghub@pkc.gov.uk to book your place and if you wish to cancel/amend your place you can do so by email.

 

  •  When will I receive my confirmation? A confirmation email will be sent to you 3 weeks prior to the training session.

 

  • What is the dress code for my training? We recommend a smart casual dress code, anything else would be stated in your confirmation email.

 

  • Is catering provided? No catering will be provided on any of our training sessions.  Please ensure that you bring along a drink and lunch with you as not all venues have the facilities where you can purchase these.

 

  • How do I book onto a First Aid Course? First Aid courses are run by the Health and Safety Team and all course info can be found here – Health and Safety you can also contact them on 01738 475877.
